Doris Martinez, E.A.
Doris Martinez is one of the most uniquely experienced and effective experts defending taxpayers in difficult IRS audits. Doris was only the second Latina Accounting graduate from Metro State College, Denver CO in 1977. She is a former IRS Revenue Agent (Large Case Examinations, Denver District) and has been putting her experience to work for clients daily for over 40 years. Doris was instrumental in The Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998, also known as Taxpayer Bill of Rights III (Public Law (United States), enacted July 22, 1998). She provided key testimony and recommendations in hearings held by the United States Congress, codified into law, protecting all taxpayers today.

Darla Espinoza, E.A.
Darla Espinoza is a superstar when it comes to resolving back tax balances with the IRS. She has over 25 years’ experience settling delinquent tax debt with the collection division of the IRS and Independent Office of Appeals. Darla’s compassion for clients and detailed understanding of IRS procedures, policies and tax law are ideal for ensuring her clients only pay the minimum tax allowed by law. Darla is a graduate of the Daniels School of Business, University of Denver (BSBA, 1995). She has been the CFO and VP of Taxpayer Defense, Inc., since 1999, earning her Enrolled Agent License in 2010. In 2023 Ms. Espinoza became a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), forensically trained and authorized by the IRS to assist non-US Citizens to comply with US Tax laws.
